This Gift Certificate is valid up to the value indicated on the front of the voucher.
The Gift Certificate is valid for the persons named and may only be used towards the total purchase price of acommodation or expensies on the Hotel Ariau Towers. The value of the Gift Certificate must be in U.S. dollars (whole dollar amounts). Gift Certificates can be purchased in denominations from $50 to $1,500.
This Gift Certificate is transferable but not for cash or other consideration. This Gift Certificate may not be redeemed for cash, has no resale value and is nonrefundable. This Gift Certificate is void if sold, bartered or exchanged for compensation. Gift Certificates purchased from the person named are subject to confiscation, and travel will not be permitted. If a Gift Certificate is transferred, any residual value will be remitted to transferee in the form of a nonrefundable/nontransferable Miscellaneous Charges.
If the value of this Gift Certificate is greater than the expensies purchased, a nonrefundable / nontransferable document will be issued for the difference between the total price and the value of the discount indicated on the Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates redeemed for travel must be exchanged for a guest within one year of the date of issue of the Gift Certificate. Travel must be completed within one year of Gift Certificate redemption date. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances. By redeeming the Gift Certificate, the individual named on the hotel acknowledges the content of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them.
